Payment Terms

Reservation:	€ 6.000,00
Private Contract:	15% of total price + 7% VAT. - € 6.000,00 reservation.
During construction:	15% of total price + 7% VAT. (Quarterly payments)
Title Deed:	70% of total price + 7% VAT. -          Mortgage -          Cash

The amounts paid during construction will be guaranteed by an insurance policy.
