The villas are two storied, with a beautiful porch at the entrance and a large hall, which leads into the living room that also has a porch, kitchen with clothes rails and bathroom. The bedrooms will be either above or below the access floor, depending on the land at the area where the home is built. There will be three bedrooms: the main room having ample wardrobes and a fully equipped bathroom adjoined, the bedroom having a large spacious terrace, which offers great panoramic views. The other bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes and share another fully equipped bathroom.
All the homes have a pretty solarium or terrace on the roof with access from an indoor stairway. Even though the homes are joined by partitions, it is impossible to see from one house to another, meaning that the homes will be totally private.
